Once your client has made their booking, both they and you will automatically get an email notification. You also have the option of sending confirmation via SMS*. You can customize what information is sent in the email and SMS messages. You can also send automatic SMS reminders to your client, and even the homeowner, just to make sure you don’t show up to an empty home because the appointment was forgotten about.
